The house is located in Agios Tychonas area, 500 meters from the seaside, opposite the Four Seasons Hotel, and has a panoramic view of Limassol and the sea.

 Ground Floor: It consists of a spacious entrance that allows you to see the view from the big transparent balcony door. It further includes 8 people sauna complete with shower, toilet and washbasin, and a laundry room. It has 2 bedrooms of which one is en-suite and includes a small kitchen area.
