Additional design features include façade and retaining walls created using a special concrete casting technique that preserves natural wood textures, as well as a 20-meter gallery-style corridor displaying sea landscapes of Cyprus by artist Natalia Ioannou.

All built-in furniture was designed by Vardas Studio and produced by the Andreas Furniture factory, while sanitary ceramics are supplied by Villeroy & Boch and faucets and fittings by Grohe. The kitchens are equipped with built-in appliances by Miele, and the house includes more than 150 energy-efficient LED lighting sources from Italian brand Lumin Arte.

The residence is fully equipped with a next-generation smart home system based on the German KNX platform and controlled via the exclusive mobile application “Alezone Home,” allowing remote management of lighting, video surveillance, security systems, heating, air conditioning, garden irrigation, media systems, door locks, curtains, ventilation, and household appliances.
