Details

The new project is a two-story building in Lakatamia, located close to Pediaios River, consisting of six apartments—four with two bedrooms and two with one bedroom. The building is thermally insulated, classified as Category A.

The heating system includes four electric units, with two in the living room/kitchen area and one in each bedroom, as well as two electric towel rails in the bathrooms. There are provisions for the installation of electric shutters on the bedroom windows and doors.

Each two-bedroom apartment will have a fully installed photovoltaic system with a capacity of approximately 2 kW, while an additional four photovoltaic panels of around 2 kW will be dedicated to common areas, storage rooms, and parking spaces. The project also includes provisions for electric vehicle charging through the shared power system.
