Rising high above the marina are two iconic towers, visible from both land and sea. Over 100 meters tall, both towers have T-shaped plans that twistapproximately1.6 degrees per floor, rotatingwest to east as they ascend to take full advantage of the breathtaking panoramic views of the Mediterranean, the marina and coastlines stretching in either direction.At the top two levels of the East tower are two fullfloor penthouse apartments that feature 360-degree panoramic views. Each penthouse is over 450 m2 and has higher ceilings that the rest of the apartments offering an exterior glass facade of approximately 3.5 meters. The modern open-plan living and dining areas can be extended out onto the veranda by opening the full height glass walls. As well as an entire private “family wing” of bedrooms including a master suite, the penthouses provide an additional room that can be used as an office, recreation or home entertainment room.
