Two pairs of semi-detached incomplete three-bedroom houses in Dali, Nicosia.

Each house has an area of 150m2 and comprises of an open plan living/dining room, a kitchen and a guest toilet on the ground floor and three bedrooms (one of which en-suite) and a bathroom on the upper floor. There is also an attic of 35m2.

House A is almost complete and has ceramic flooring in all areas, except the bedrooms that have laminate parquet, provisions for split units, underfloor heating system and double-glazed windows installed. House B has progressed significantly while only the structural frame has been developed for houses C and D.
