Argaka is a village in the Paphos District , located 7 Km northeast of Polis Chrysohous.

The villa includes 5 bedrooms, two kitchens, 6 bathrooms, bathroom, bidet, showers, sauna, observation deck on the 3rd floor – located on territory of 2500 m2 with a covered outdoor veranda “for barbecue” for 14 seats with its own kitchen, refrigerator and barbecue pit. On the lower level of the villa there is a lower deck with cozy secluded areas next to a waterfall, a bridge, a pond with goldfish and a private access to the sea. It is just 290 meters along a straight path to the seashore. The project represents the first buildings from the sea. The convenient location combines both the proximity to the sea (walking distance), serenity and peace.

The villa includes a heated swimming pool with water shower, umbrellas and new comfortable sun loungers – all surrounded by gardens.

The Italian kitchen of the villa is equipped with high-class German kitchen utensils, glasses, cutlery and various kitchen utensils, the wine refrigerator and modern kitchen appliances. The service staff daily cleans the villa, changes linen and towels, monitors the cleanliness, takes out the trash, and when you call on any question, they appear at the client’s place within 60 seconds at any time, since their apartment is conveniently located across a shady garden 50 meters from the villa.
